About Us

Established in 2002, Harbour Project Engineering (HPE) is an Irish company providing automation, integration and consultancy services to process and manufacturing industries.

At Harbour we work closely with our customers to fully understand and quantify their unique requirements. Our core business and specialty is the design and production of automation control systems for the pharmaceutical industry.

We provide turnkey control solutions for both wet and dry processes on a variety of DCS and PLC / SCADA platforms offering a full range of services from system specification, through to build, testing and comprehensive validation and production support services. We assist our clients through all phases of automation projects from choosing the best-fit solutions for the current application and strategic planning through to system development and implementation following the GAMP guidelines. 

Engineering

We deliver the full spectrum of engineering deliverables for automation projects from the initial software and hardware design phases through to detailed design, system build and deployment.

Consultancy

Harbour also offers consultancy services for automation-based applications such as Front End and Feasibility studies, Cost estimates, Strategic planning and Specialist technology integration.
